This reskin has nothing to do with the Teldrassil Sproutling. My reskin has taken inspiration from that skin which has been in WoW since forever, any likeness is just a coincidence.


On a requested request by Phaelia on her blogsite [link] for Restoration Druids which I tend to read, I made a Nightelf Tree of Life with my customized reskin of Tree of Life.
Took about +2h or so to make this one.

I appreciate it but what the heck!

Backgrounds taken from the game, characters and spell-effects from WoWModelViewer then editted together in Photoshop.

Ehm, no sadly I don't.
Don't have a widescreen myself so it's a bit hard taking those kinds of screenshots.
I'd imagine it would be alot better with widescreen tho... anyway, no can do but thanks for the comment :)

This is beautiful, but I have to ask - do you use screenshots and just augment them with a little painting over for glow effects and what not? It's what it looks like but I'm just curious.

I'm mostly asking because I think it's cool and an efficient way to make some lovely fanart without having to worry about drawing :P (You can see my two attempts in my gallery haha)

Yep, it's just WoWModelEdit and touches with drawing-tablet with glow and whatnot, basically adding whatever I think is suitable.
But it's not original hand-drawn art, I do one of these wallpapers in like 2-3h or so, just something to do while I'm bored really.
