It was developed on a 1280x800 screen and the screenshots was taken on 1680x1050 screen thus I see some issues with it not being in centre of the screen.
If you have any issues (you viewer) on the colours, darkness (I suspect the Mystling theme may prove difficult for some) or font size/type, please say.
I noticed that my current font Maiandra GD burns a bit on some characters but it's the font-type my game Mystling uses so gonna see if I can just up the font-size slightly until it disappears.

I've also included a
lightbox script for the image viewing, and I have no experience whatsoever when it comes to storing things or java. My course have only gone so far to just educate us on XHTML and CSS but nothing else.

Only two issues, one you've already brought up - the mystling page is a little hard to read.
Secondly, having square preview pictures directly below circular navigation clashes, perhaps rounding the edges to keep more in line with the navigation or vice versa. This may just be personal taste, but I thought it might be worth mentioning.
Other then that, can't wait to see it live.
It's a bit of a hassle to get round stuff so I went with square to begin with but I see what you mean, I'll try and fix that later on.
