How does your inner place look like?

Here's a drawing I made during work when we just sit and idle in the our rest-room, drawing bits and pieces on each break for five days or so.
It's something of an imaginary landscape, there's two faces hidden in it and the reference I did for the theme of the image was actually just a thumb (surprise!)
This is of course, a colour-modified picture to make it look a bit more interesting than the old blue-ink on a lined paper which is how it really looks like.

what is that in the upper right corner? its above a tree. is it a bug or bird?

It's a poorly drawn plant, managed to draw it too hard so it stands out like a soar thumb.
It's also very large in comparison with the tree so yeah, you spotted an error
